Grab one partner and work together to explore your favorite news websites. Find current examples of the Five News Values in news stories today. Also locate an Above the Fold story and a Centerpiece story. Take a screenshot of your 5 examples by holding "Command, Shift, 3". Make sure they are school appropriate. Post your examples in a message to your team on Edmodo.

Brainstorm a newsworthy event/occurrence at St. Lawrence School that has taken place within the last month. It must meet at least one of the Five News Values to be considered newsworthy. Post your story idea on the padlet below.
